Nominee administrator or manager
According to Swiss law, every company must be represented by a person living in Switzerland (article 718 CO). If you are residing abroad or have a “Permis B” we offer you to fill in that role by way of a mandate of Nominee Administrator of limited liability companies or Manager for Sàrl.
This mandate can be limited to a role of administrative manager and advisor concerning local regulations. As nominee adminstrator we act according to your instructions for the votes and the convening of general meetings. We can also type the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors, prepare the administrative documents for the welcoming or departure of an associate or director.
Annual cost for the mandate
- Administrator of a limited liability company : between 5’000 et 15’000 SFr.
- Manager of a Sàrl : between 3’000 et 7’000 SFr.
- Hour rate for additional services: between 120 and 150 SFr.
